Graphic Designer II (Mid-Level / Standard Role) (Volunteer)

Role Summary
Independently delivers design solutions and owns projects from intake through execution while
maintaining quality, consistency, and alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce multi-channel assets (print, digital, web, social, email).
Applies foundational design principles including typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
Translate stakeholder needs into effective visual solutions.
Manage projects from intake through delivery.
Maintain and enforce brand standards.
Prepare production-ready files and manage versioning.
Maintain clean, reusable files and organized asset systems.
Use Adobe CC and Figma for execution and collaboration.
Resolve production and workflow issues proactively.
Demonstrates commitment to the mission of Mentor A Promise and the communities it
serves.
Works effectively across multiple projects with varying timelines and complexity.
Maintains strong attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and follow-through.
Adheres to organized file structures, naming conventions, asset management, and reliable
handoff practices.
Collaborates in a solutions-oriented manner with internal teams, partners, and vendors.
Qualifications
3–5 years experience.
Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills.
Figma or similar tools.
Understanding of production workflows.
Strong communication skills.
Portfolio required for consideration.
