This is a remote position. About Teams Squared: We are a team augmentation company dedicated to connecting exceptional remote talent with global organizations. Job Description: We are currently seeking a Photo Editor with specialized experience in the real estate industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in editing 30–50 images each day and have hands-on experience with drone photography editing, including enhancing aerial shots and adding landmarks or location highlights. Proficiency in Affinity (Photo/Designer) alongside other editing tools is highly preferred. This role is perfect for someone looking to leverage their skills in a fast-paced, remote environment while contributing to the growth of leading real estate companies.
Responsibilities:
Edit 50-60 real estate images daily, ensuring high-quality and consistency.
Enhance and edit drone photography, including adding landmarks, labels, and visual overlays to highlight key property features and surrounding areas.
Utilize Affinity Photo/Designer (or similar tools) along with Adobe software for advanced image editing.
Work closely with real estate agents and architects to understand their photo editing and branding needs.
Edit and interpret blueprints and architectural documents.
Perform advanced edits including color correction, sky replacement, object removal, perspective correction, and compositing.
Coordinate with team members to manage workflow and meet deadlines.
Ensure all images meet company and client specifications and quality standards.
Assist in other critical tasks that support the team on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in photo editing, specifically in the real estate space.
Proven experience editing drone photography, including adding landmarks, annotations, or map overlays.
Proficiency in Affinity Photo and/or Affinity Designer is strongly preferred; experience with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom is also required.
Experience working with blueprints and architectural documents.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across high volumes of images.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
Willingness and ability to manage administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
