Brand Designer (Contract-to-Hire)

Agentio, New York, NY, USA

Job type: Full Time

About Agentio
Agentio enables marketers to buy creator-led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads—automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement with AI—so work that took months now happens in minutes.

About the Role
Agentio needs a cohesive visual identity and design system that scales across every touchpoint—product, sales, marketing, and events. Today, brand execution is fragmented: there is no design system, no brand governance, and the tools we use are inconsistent. This role builds the foundation.

We’re hiring a Brand Designer to join us as a full-time, in‑office fixed‑term employee (40 hours/week), with the potential to convert to a permanent role for the right fit.

As Agentio’s first brand design hire, you’ll create the scalable design system that ensures brand consistency from product UI to pitch deck to paid ad to event experience. This is a B2B-focused role, designing for enterprise buyers and internal teams. You’ll partner with product, GTM, and leadership to ensure brand and product feel cohesive, while also building high-quality sales and marketing assets that drive revenue.

This is a builder role: you’ll set up the infrastructure, produce the work, and elevate Agentio’s visual brand to match the sophistication of our platform and buyer expectations.

What You’ll Do
Design Systems & Brand Infrastructure

Build and maintain a scalable B2B design system—typography, color, components, templates, and guidelines

Establish brand governance and systems that scale across product, GTM, and marketing

Partner with product design to ensure cohesion between brand and product experiences

Brand Building & Product Alignment

Help define and evolve Agentio’s visual identity

Ensure the brand meets the expectations of enterprise buyers—clear, credible, and sophisticated

Influence how brand and product design intersect

GTM & Sales Enablement Design

Create go-to-market and sales enablement assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, etc.)

Build templates that enable Sales and Marketing teams to produce on‑brand work independently

Design assets that directly support revenue and customer acquisition

AI‑Native Design & Workflows

Use AI-powered tools (Figma AI, Midjourney, generative tools, automation) to increase speed and quality

Build scalable, AI-enabled systems for asset creation

Bring a strong perspective on how AI transforms design workflows

Execution Across All Channels

Design across content, paid ads, events, and executive materials

Operate as a highly hands‑on individual contributor while laying the groundwork for a future team

What You Need

Strong experience building or evolving B2B brand systems

A portfolio that shows both design systems thinking and hands‑on execution

Experience working with product teams and influencing visual direction

Clear AI-native workflow and comfort using AI tools daily

A builder mindset—you’re excited to be the first design hire

About You

You’re energized by building in a B2B startup environment

You think in systems, not just one‑off assets

You care about design as a driver of GTM and sales outcomes

You’re comfortable in‑office and highly collaborative (5 days/week)

You move fast and take ownership

What You’ll Get

A fixed‑term role with clear potential to convert to a permanent position

Ownership over Agentio’s brand design function

High visibility and direct impact on how we go to market

Why Agentio

You’ll help define a category, not just a brand

You’ll have real ownership from day one

You’ll see your work shipped quickly and tied to real outcomes
