Translate contractual agreements into clear deliverables, timelines, and success metrics

Hold partners accountable to all agreed-upon outputs (content, education, appearances, etc.)

Proactively identify gaps between contract value and delivered output—and close them

Value Maximization & Output Strategy

Ensure every partnership is fully leveraged across campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives

Align partner outputs to key business priorities: product adoption, clinical validation, and pipeline generation

Cross-Functional Integration

Partner closely with Brand Communications (Mallory) to integrate Global KEs into campaigns, PR, and storytelling

Collaborate with Product Marketing to align clinical messaging, product positioning, and Beta testing

Work with Clinical and Education teams to ensure accuracy, relevance, and credibility of all outputs

Experiential & Activation Support

Integrate KEs and partners into key experiential programs (e.g., 3DNext, World Tours, summits, and global events)

Ensure partner participation enhances the attendee experience and drive “aha moments”

Coordinate deliverables tied to live events, including presentations, content capture, and follow‑on assets

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Establish and track KPIs for all partnerships (content output, engagement, influence, pipeline contribution)

Build reporting frameworks to evaluate partnership effectiveness and inform future investments

Provide regular updates to leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities

Relationship Management

Build strong, trust‑based relationships with key opinion leaders and partner organizations

Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing communication, expectations, and feedback

Navigate complex personalities and priorities while maintaining alignment with SprintRay’s objectives

Experience integrating partners into multi‑channel campaigns, product launches, and experiential marketing programs

Highly cross‑functional—comfortable working across Brand, Product Marketing, Clinical, and Education teams to align messaging and outputs

Strong analytical mindset with experience building KPIs, tracking performance, and optimizing for ROI

Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high‑stakes partnerships simultaneously

Excellent relationship management skills, with experience working with key opinion leaders or external stakeholders
