You’ll support our Marketing Director by producing compelling short‑form videos, graphics, and copy that highlight our design‑build process (especially kitchens & baths), our culture, and client transformations. Your creativity with words and visuals will help us show the world why Gehman is unique.

Responsibilities

Create branded photo, video, and graphic content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts, stories, carousels) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Write engaging captions, hooks, and post copy that reflect Gehman’s values and voice.

Edit video clips (basic to intermediate) and design on‑brand visuals/graphics.

Plan and schedule posts with the Marketing Director; maintain a simple content calendar.

Coordinate basic shot lists and repurpose project photos and client stories into before/after content.

Monitor comments/DMs and draft replies in our brand voice (as directed).

Assist with light blog/portfolio updates on the website (formatting, images, meta basics) when needed.

Track engagement metrics and suggest content tests/iterations.

Ensure consistency with brand standards and faith‑rooted values while welcoming all audiences.

Qualifications

Portfolio of social content (short‑form video + graphics + copywriting).

Proficiency with Canva, CapCut (or similar). Adobe Suite is a plus.

Strong storytelling/copywriting skills in English (hooks, captions, CTAs).

Familiarity with current social formats & trends; comfortable testing new ideas.

Basic video editing (cuts, timing, captions, simple transitions) and image formatting.

Basic knowledge of SEO/metadata for posts and blogs; light CMS experience (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.

Organized, responsive, and collaborative; able to work part‑time, remotely, and coordinate with a U.S.-based Marketing Director (some overlap with Eastern Time).

Integrity and reliability, aligned with a team that values honesty, humility, and excellence.
