(based per assignment) Purpose CEEW seeks to engage a dynamic and creative Video Editor cum Producer on a freelance basis to help us craft compelling byte-sized videos that resonate with our audience and amplify our sustainability initiatives. Job Duties and Accountabilities Produce short videos that highlight CEEW's research. Production includes conceptualisation, scripting, editing and incorporating feedback from CEEW's creative team. Create short clips of larger videos including but not limited to interviews and panel discussions Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished final product, ensuring smooth transitions, adding visual effects, and enhancing overall video quality Collaborate with CEEW's team to understand the objectives, target audience and creative brief clearly Qualification Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Filmmaking, Scriptwriting, Video Editing or a related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred Work Experience 2-3 years of experience in producing high-quality videos/films Proven experience as a video editor, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to script, edit, and produce engaging videos Proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Aftereffects or equivalent. Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills, with the ability to distil complex ideas into easily understandable and compelling narratives Experience with motion graphics and animations is a plus Compensation CEEW offers competitive compensation – commensurate to the experience and matching the best of standards adopted by the industry or other similar organisations for similar roles.
