Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Media Coordinator to join our team in Denver, CO. As the Media Coordinator of Weller Media, you will play a critical role in supporting the agency's day-to-day operations. This position is highly collaborative and detail-oriented, requiring strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. You will work closely with internal teams and media partners to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Agency Operations & Administration
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless workflow across the agency
Maintain organization of internal systems, timelines, and deliverables
Support ongoing coordination between creative, media buying, and account teams
Project & Campaign Support
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns and projects
Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met
Help coordinate assets, materials, and communications across multiple stakeholders
Data & Analytics
Compile and analyze weekly and monthly lead, conversion, and performance data
Conduct market research and interpret ratings reports to identify trends and opportunities
Utilize marketing analytics tools (web analytics, rankings, ratings, etc.) to gather actionable insights
Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and reporting dashboards with accuracy
Reporting & Presentations
Prepare clear, client-ready marketing reports and presentations
Translate data into digestible insights and recommendations
Support leadership with materials for client meetings and internal strategy sessions
Partner Communication
Communicate directly with media partners in a professional and timely manner
Help build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships
What You Bring
2-3 years minimum of media experience (broadcast, radio, billboards, print, and/or CTV media)
Familiarity with Asana or other task-management software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and analytics tools
Clear and professional communication skills
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills (Not Required, But a Plus)
Experience with Strata, WideOrbit, or other media buying software
Basic skills in creative software (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Canva)
Experience with social media management and email marketing tools (Mailchimp)
Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 base, depending on experience
