Sales teams in large companies are under pressure: too many tools, too much data, too much admin. And not enough time to do what really matters: closing deals.

That’s where our client comes in. They are building an AI Sales Assistant: a tool that makes the daily work of salespeople lighter. The AI Sales assistant helps their clients with booking more meetings, closing more deals, and spotting more up- & cross-sell opportunities.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Executive, based in Ghent. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business in corporate accounts, working closely with a senior SDR and the management. They will own the full funnel—from the first conversation to closing enterprise SaaS deals.

What you’ll do

Own deals end-to-end: from demo to signed contract

Partner with an SDR on smart, targeted outbound (quality > quantity)

Build strong relationships with decision-makers at large corporates

Show how the AI Sales Assistant saves salespeople time and energy

Co-create and refine GTM strategies together with the leadership team

What we’re looking for

3+ years proven success as AE in B2B SaaS enterprise/corporate sales

Fluent in Dutch & English (French is a plus)

Experienced in managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

A true hunter: competitive, resilient, and creative in approach
