The Marketing Manager serves as the primary owner of marketing strategy and execution for assigned organizations. This role is highly collaborative, fast‑paced, and detail-oriented, requiring strong project management, proactive communication, and the ability to balance multiple priorities at once.

Marketing Managers lead the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives while partnering closely with the internal team to bring projects to life. Collaboration is a big part of how we work, but this role also requires a high level of independent execution, as well. There is a significant volume of work to manage individually, often including design and content development, alongside knowing when to delegate and lean on team strengths to elevate the final product.

Success in this role comes from balancing ownership, efficiency, and collaboration, taking full responsibility for deliverables while contributing to a supportive, team‑driven environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities

Own and manage all marketing needs for assigned organizations (typically 7–10 clients)

Develop and implement strategic, multi‑channel marketing plans

Serve as the primary project manager for all marketing initiatives

Oversee and execute campaigns across:

Email

Social Media

Website (WordPress/Divi)

Digital and print assets

Ensure consistent and accurate brand application across all platforms and materials

Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects

Communicate clearly and proactively with internal teams and clients

Delegate tasks and provide direction to Marketing Coordinators

Represent marketing in cross‑functional collaboration with other departments

Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization

Additional Responsibilities

Brainstorm and contribute to larger projects, new campaign ideas, and strategies

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed

Work Environment
Position is in an office setting that involves everyday risks or discomforts requiring normal safety precautions. On occasion, the individual must be able to do moderately demanding physical activity such as handling and opening boxes weighing 35-40 pounds, standing, and walking extensively throughout the day.

Requirements
Education, Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or related field.

3+ years of related experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing and communications strategy and planning.

Advanced proficiency in graphic design software, online marketing tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Website Development Platforms, preferably WordPress and its Divi design framework.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and adaptable communication style for effectively interacting with team members, management, and clients.

Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

Proven success using major social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn)

Advanced knowledge of integrated marketing and communications strategies, over various mediums, and how they come together to provide measurable results.

Strong organizational skills and project management skills - with ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple, complex projects with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around times.

Ability to think both strategically and execute tactically.

Demonstrated ability to train and collaborate with staff and clients.

Budget-management skills and proficiency.

Willingness and ability to travel.
