Key Responsibilities
• Write and edit user-facing content for browser features, help documentation, onboarding flows, and product updates.
• Translate complex technical concepts into simple, intuitive language for global audiences.
• Partner with UX, product, and engineering teams to ensure content aligns with product functionality and user needs.
• Maintain consistency with style guidelines, tone, terminology, and accessibility standards.
• Conduct content audits and recommend improvements based on user feedback, data insights, and usability best practices.
• Support localization efforts by creating source content optimized for translation.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in content writing, UX writing, technical writing, or digital content strategy.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clear, concise, and user-centered writing.
