Position Overview
The Influencer Marketing Manager defines and leads Empower’s enterprise-wide influencer marketing strategy across the social ecosystem. This role owns the end-to-end influencer discipline, including vision-setting, creative and content strategy guidance, partnership governance, investment management, and performance and risk frameworks that enable scalable, brand-safe, and high-impact programs. Reporting to the Vice President of Social Media, the Influencer Marketing Manager serves as Empower’s senior influencer marketing authority and drives outcomes through indirect leadership, agency oversight, and cross‑functional influence across Brand, Social, Communications/PR, Creative, Legal, Media, Data, and Product teams.
What You Will Do
Develop, own, and evolve Empower’s global influencer marketing strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.
Identify emerging platforms, creator trends, and cultural movements.
Define and manage the annual influencer operating plan and budget.
Provide strategic oversight of external influencer agencies.
Oversee influencer programs including always‑on, launches, and partnerships.
Lead negotiation and contracting for influencer collaborations.
Ensure influencer content meets brand, legal, and regulatory standards.
Define KPIs and lead performance reporting and optimization.
Own influencer compliance, brand safety, and risk management.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
8–12+ years of marketing experience with deep specialization in influencer marketing.
Demonstrated success leading enterprise‑scale influencer programs.
Experience managing agencies and external partners.
Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Working knowledge of FTC regulations and influencer compliance standards.

Base Salary Range
$105,700.00 – $149,275.00. The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non‑sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
