Design Director, Creative Department We are looking for a visionary Design Director to lead our creative department and shape the visual identity of our brand across all touchpoints. This is a senior leadership role for a design leader who brings both big-picture strategic thinking and an expert eye for craft — someone who has thrived in the beauty industry and understands the elevated aesthetic standards it demands.
What You'll Do
Set the creative vision and design direction for the department, ensuring brand consistency across campaigns, product, digital, retail, and packaging
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of designers, art directors, and creative talent — fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
Partner closely with Marketing, Product Development, Merchandising, and Brand teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives
Oversee the full creative process from brief through final execution, maintaining quality control at every stage
Drive and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring relevance and resonance with target consumers
Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, stylists, and production partners
Present creative concepts and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Manage departmental budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
What You Bring
10+ years of design experience, with at least 3–5 years in a creative leadership or director-level role
Demonstrated experience within the beauty, personal care, or luxury/lifestyle industry — a deep understanding of beauty aesthetics, consumer expectations, and market trends is essential
A strong, sophisticated portfolio showcasing brand identity, campaign design, and multi-channel creative work
Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional creative teams in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and presentation skills — you can sell a vision as powerfully as you can execute it
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma and project management tools a plus
