Role Description

Senturion is seeking a motivated Entry Level Account Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Ontario, CA.


In this position, you’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, track performance metrics, and contribute to achieving sales and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Manage daily client communications and ensure timely follow-up
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and key metrics
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Provide solutions to client needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of marketing, sales, or customer relationship management
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
  • Adaptable, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required)
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required—training is provided
