Position Overview
We are currently hiring for two Account Manager roles:

Account Manager, Sports Partnerships

Account Manager, Music, Venue & Entertainment Partnerships

While both roles share a common foundation in sales, relationship management, and revenue generation, each will focus on a distinct vertical within the live events ecosystem. Candidates will be considered for the role that best aligns with their background, experience, and network.

Account Manager, Sports Partnerships
Focused on developing partnerships and acquiring inventory within professional and collegiate sports, including teams, leagues, and sports‑related events.

Account Manager, Music, Venue & Entertainment Partnerships
Focused on concerts, residencies, venues, promoters, and broader entertainment partnerships across live music and events.

Key Responsibilities (Both Roles)

Participate in daily inventory purchasing and identify new revenue opportunities

Acquire ticket inventory with a focus on pricing and selection strategy

Build, manage, and grow relationships with key stakeholders

Collaborate with the Pricing Team to optimize sell‑through and revenue performance

Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within CRM systems

Develop executive‑level relationships with decision‑makers

Leverage industry networks to generate referrals and expand account base

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams

Provide market insights to inform strategy and positioning

Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and client‑facing materials

Essential Duties

Meet or exceed daily activity metrics including calls and meetings

Conduct in‑person and virtual sales presentations

Manage onboarding for new clients

Maintain and update CRM with leads, contacts, and deal progress

Qualify inbound opportunities and manage the full sales cycle

Execute sales campaigns and initiatives as directed

Deliver a high level of customer service at all times

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field preferred

Minimum one year of proven sales success

Experience in primary or secondary ticket markets preferred

Relevant network in sports or music/entertainment/venue space strongly preferred depending on role

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Ability to interact with executive‑level stakeholders

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

High level of professionalism and discretion

Additional Requirements

Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed

Adaptable, dependable, and team‑oriented mindset

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $55,000 to $80,000 plus commission

Full‑time, benefits‑eligible position

Hybrid role based in Las Vegas preferred, remote considered for the right candidate
