The Creative Agency is hiring an Integrated Marketing Campaign Strategist to help plan, structure, coordinate, write, and execute client campaigns across social media, email, digital, and content channels.The right candidate can look at a client goal, understand the audience, identify what assets are needed, develop the campaign structure, write the messaging, prepare clear creative direction, coordinate with internal departments, and help bring the campaign to life from concept through execution.
This role sits at the intersection of campaign planning, copywriting, client marketing execution, creative direction, and performance awareness.
In this role you will:
Identify the campaign objective, audience, offer, message, and channel strategy.
Build campaign plans that include social media, email marketing, content, digital assets, and supporting creative needs.
Write strong social captions, email copy, campaign messaging, promotional copy, and supporting marketing content.
Prepare clear creative direction for internal designers, photographers, videographers, and web team members.
Create campaign calendars and timelines across multiple clients.
Coordinate asset needs so internal departments understand what needs to be created, why it matters, and how it fits into the campaign.
Review campaign materials before publication to ensure messaging, links, creative, timing, and brand alignment are correct.
Setting up, scheduling, testing, and deploying email campaigns.
Schedule and publishing social media content across client platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and identifying what is working, what is not, and what should be adjusted.
Prepare clear performance summaries with insights, opportunities, and recommendations.
Support internal communication between marketing, creative, production, and leadership teams.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop campaign plans for client initiatives, launches, promotions, events, and ongoing marketing efforts.
Identify the campaign objective, audience, offer, messaging angle, channel mix, and needed assets.
Build campaign calendars across social media, email, and digital platforms.
Present campaign recommendations to leadership for review and approval.
Incorporate feedback quickly and refine campaign plans for stronger execution.
Ensure all campaign activity supports the client’s broader marketing goals.
Write and edit social media captions, email campaigns, promotional messaging, website-supporting copy, and campaign content.
Maintain consistent brand voice across platforms and clients.
Translate client goals into clear, compelling, audience-appropriate messaging.
Adjust copy based on platform, audience, campaign phase, and performance.
Understand the difference between awareness content, educational content, promotional content, and conversion-focused messaging.
Identify what creative assets are needed for each campaign.
Prepare clear creative inputs for designers, photographers, videographers, and other internal team members.
Communicate the purpose, audience, usage, visual direction, and messaging needs behind each asset.
Help ensure campaign creative is aligned with the strategy before it moves into execution.
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, revisions, and publishing needs across internal departments.
Plan and write email campaigns that support launches, promotions, client updates, events, and sales goals.
Set up email campaigns inside platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Flodesk, Drip, or similar tools.
Test emails before deployment, including links, buttons, formatting, mobile layout, subject lines, preview text, and segmentation when applicable.
Review campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve open rates, click‑through rates, engagement, and conversions.
Support content calendar development based on campaign priorities.
Schedule and publish content across client social media platforms.
Monitor comments, messages, engagement activity, and audience response.
Respond to community interactions professionally and on brand when appropriate.
Escalate reputation concerns, customer service issues, or sales opportunities.
Identify trends in content performance and recommend adjustments.
Track campaign performance across social, email, and digital channels.
Prepare summaries that highlight key insights, opportunities, and recommendations.
Review marketing assets before publishing to confirm accuracy, quality, links, timing, brand alignment, and campaign consistency.
Maintain organized campaign files, documentation, calendars, and internal notes.
Support workflow organization so campaigns move smoothly from planning to execution.
Required Experience:
2+ years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, social media, email marketing, communications, or a related role.
Strong writing and copy‑editing ability.
Ability to build a campaign plan, not just complete assigned tasks.
Understanding of social media platforms, content planning, email marketing, and basic digital marketing principles.
Comfort reviewing analytics and identifying performance insights.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, deadlines, and priorities at once.
Professional communication skills.
Ability to take feedback, revise quickly, and improve work without becoming defensive.
