About the Role
We are seeking a talented and highly creative Graphic Designer 2 to support the Client SB lifestyle graphics team on a project-based engagement. This role will partner closely with production artists and cross-functional design teams to create innovative graphics across tee, fleece, and sportswear apparel categories. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of skate culture, streetwear aesthetics, and apparel graphics, along with the ability to translate creative concepts into compelling visual storytelling.
This is an exciting opportunity for a designer passionate about graphics, innovation, and trend-driven storytelling within the skateboard and sportswear space.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop graphics for tees, fleece, and sportswear cut-and-sew apparel
Create innovative artwork aligned with skateboarding and streetwear culture
Collaborate with production artists and apparel teams to execute seasonal graphic concepts
Translate creative direction into commercially viable graphic solutions
Support graphic development from concept through execution and production readiness
Create artwork for patches, logos, typography, and illustration-heavy graphics
Apply strong storytelling, trend research, and innovation into graphic concepts
Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback effectively
Assist in preparing graphics and schematics for production and screen printing processes when needed
Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Graphic Design for Apparel
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong experience designing tee graphics, fleece graphics, and sportswear cut-and-sew graphics
Experience working within skateboard, sportswear, or streetwear-inspired product categories
Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Portfolio showcasing apparel graphics and creative storytelling
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with skateboard culture graphics, streetwear, or sports-inspired artwork
Experience creating schematics and preparing graphics for screen printing and production
Illustration-heavy design background
Experience designing logos, patches, and graphic branding elements
Strong understanding of trends, innovation, and visual storytelling
Ability to take direction and adapt quickly to feedback
Previous experience within Client or a similar apparel/footwear industry environment preferred
Portfolio Requirements
Candidates must provide a portfolio demonstrating:

Apparel graphic design work
Illustration-heavy graphics
Skate culture, sportswear, or streetwear-inspired projects
Strong storytelling and trend-forward creative execution
