About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative Digital Creator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across 52TEN’s portfolio. This is a part-time, production-focused role responsible for bringing marketing campaigns to life through high-quality graphics, videos, and digital assets. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, who will provide strategy, direction, and content briefs.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Content Production

Create social media graphics based on content calendars and briefs

Design graphics for property-level and capital campaigns using brand templates

Produce marketing materials including flyers, signage, and collateral

Video Editing

Edit 2-Minute Tuesday episodes

Produce one ~2-minute YouTube version and one ~30-second short-form version

Email & Campaign Support

Build and format email campaigns in HubSpot

Support campaign execution across digital platforms

Asset Management

Prepare and organize digital assets in Google Drive and other systems

Maintain file naming, structure, and version control standards

Execution & Revisions

Execute tasks quickly and accurately based on manager feedback

Implement revisions and updates with fast turnaround times

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in graphic design, digital content creation, or similar role

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools

Experience with HubSpot or similar email marketing platforms preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; proactive and solutions-oriented
