The Opportunity:

Are you a hands‑on performance marketing professional who knows how to turn channel strategy into measurable growth? Natural Factors is looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to help scale our digital presence across paid media, retail media, affiliate, influencer, and owned channels. In this role, you’ll drive performance optimization, translate data into action, and play a key role in scaling customer acquisition, improving marketing efficiency, and shaping our digital growth strategy. You’ll also help define how our brand shows up across digital touchpoints while balancing growth, brand integrity, and compliance in the wellness space.

We are a growing company and a leading manufacturer of nutritional supplements, dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of our customers.

This position pays: $90,000 - $115,000/year

You will work a set schedule of Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

Hybrid option available for local candidates; remote option available for non-local candidates. Our US office is located in Monroe, WA

A Day in The Life of a Digital Marketing Strategist

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media across Google Ads, Amazon DSP & Sponsored Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and retail media networks, balancing brand awareness with performance‑driven acquisition

Own performance outcomes across CAC, ROAS, ACOS, CLTV, CPM, CPC, and other channel‑specific KPIs

Affiliate & Influencer Marketing

Own and execute affiliate, influencer, and creator partnerships, including partner recruitment, activation, relationship management, and performance optimization

Drive partner performance across awareness and conversion goals including metrics such as reach, clicks, engagement, CPA and ROAS

Owned Channels & Brand Support

Lead owned social media execution and optimization

Partner with brand, content, and CRM stakeholders to improve website, email and SMS performance in support of conversion and engagement goals

Data, Insights & Optimization

Develop dashboards, reporting, and insights to guide performance improvements

Analyze customer behavior, audience segments, and funnel performance

What We're Looking for From You

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience with a strong focus on performance marketing, paid media, and measurable growth

Proven experience managing integrated campaigns across paid search, retail media, paid social and other acquisition‑focused digital channels

Experience managing affiliate, influencer or creator partnerships

Proven experience analyzing channel, audience and funnel performance, translating data into actionable strategy, optimization and investment decisions
