Position Summary
Info-Matrix Corporation seeks a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to lead our growth initiatives across Pennsylvania state and local government markets. This full-time, salaried position includes commission opportunities, a non-recoverable draw, medical/dental, 401K, and other benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and prospecting.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term success.

Consultant Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our consultants in the field, acting as a liaison between the client, consultant, and Info‑Matrix.

Proposal Evaluation & Development: Evaluate Request for Proposals (RFPs) released by government clients, and lead the development of proposal responses.

Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals to maximize profitability.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.

Pipeline Management: Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and business development activities.

Brand Representation: Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote company services and establish strategic partnerships.

Operational Improvement: Recommend enhancements to operational planning, risk assessment, and service delivery.

Sales Lifecycle Management: Administer all stages of the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, needs assessment, proposal development, and award finalization.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of combined experience in sales and business development including a portion in PA state/local government markets OR relevant experience as a key decision maker in government with relationships to leverage.

Ability to develop, manage and grow a $5M+ book of business.

Ability to develop and manage professional relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders in PA state/local government.

Ability to close individual accounts with revenues exceeding $1M.

Experience in selling technology professional services desired.

Understanding of PA state/local government procurement processes, regulatory requirements and tools desired.

Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.

Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Highly self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or related field.
