Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Northfield, IL, specifically designed for recent graduates passionate about launching a rewarding career in sales. As part of our sales team, you will focus on understanding customer needs, identifying tailored IT solutions, and building relationships with clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and engaging with customers, delivering excellent customer service, taking ownership of training opportunities, and contributing to overall sales strategies and goals. Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs

Interest in cultivating Sales and Sales Management skills with a focus on achieving targets and identifying new business opportunities

Ability to actively participate in Training programs to develop technical knowledge and sales techniques

Self-starter attitude with organizational and problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)

Proficiency with basic computer technologies and a willingness to learn new tools
