Senior Graphic Designer

Join CoVantage as a Senior Graphic Designer and lead the creative vision that brings our brand, products, and services to life. In this role, you'll set and uphold brand standards, drive creative strategy across print, digital, and physical environments, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital, IT, and UX partners to deliver engaging, high-impact member experiences. You'll serve as a creative leader for the organization, applying strategic thinking, design expertise, and emerging technologies.

Job Duties
Lead and uphold CoVantage brand and creative direction standards across print, digital, and physical environments
Design and oversee high-quality marketing materials from concept through final production, including print production and vendor coordination
Serve as the primary creative partner for branches, departments, and cross-functional teams, translating business needs into effective design solutions
Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, IT, and UX teams to ensure designs support user experience, accessibility, conversion goals, and member engagement
Promote CoVantage products and services through compelling, on-brand visual storytelling for internal and external communications
Research, test, and responsibly implement emerging marketing technologies, including AI-assisted design tools, to improve efficiency and creative output
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Communications, or a related field, and/or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with demonstrated ownership of brand standards and complex design initiatives
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office applications
Strong understanding of print production processes, vendor management, and digital design best practices
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, digital, IT, and UX teams
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and defend creative solutions
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
Must be bondable
