About the Role
Seeking an Assoc. Retail Media Manager to drive implementation, execution, and optimization of media campaigns and consumer experience on key e-retailers for a portfolio of brands. This person will work closely with the cross‑functional team, the omni marketing and commercial teams to ensure a continuous improvement on the brand’s eCommerce performance.

Your responsibilities

Develop, drive and execute eCommerce retailer media strategies (with a focus on bricks n clicks retailers – Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens, Sam’s Club) that improve performance and align with business objectives.

Execute daily media spend pacing, campaign optimization, keyword targeting, and bids to meet media KPI goals and leverage tactics that ensure optimization of media spend.

Employ analytical reasoning, data analysis, and problem‑solving skills to manage campaigns effectively and efficiently.

Track progress and trends across key metrics and effectively communicate performance insights.

Manage monthly media budget on a brand and retail level.

Work with retail advertising teams to evaluate and identify new opportunities to improve brand performance.

Perform keyword research using internal and external tools (Helium10, Stackline).

Manage campaigns through advertising software tools (Pacvue).

The experience we’re looking for

3+ years experience managing and executing retailer on‑platform media (with a focus on bricks n clicks retailers) and working experience with retail media partners like WMC, Roundel, CMX.

Strong understanding of retailer media tactics, competitive research, conversion analysis, keyword research, and executing media strategies.

Strong understanding of advertising software tools such as Pacvue.

Experience pulling, mining, and analyzing performance data and summarizing / communicating findings via reports and presentations.

Ability to collaborate with counterparts internally and externally effectively.

Possess strong attention to detail in campaign setup, management and ongoing optimization.

US salary ranges: USD $113,000.00 - $169,000.00.
