About the Role
The Senior Marketing Coordinator is responsible for development of interview presentations, responses to RFQs and RFPs, and other marketing materials. The position requires writing and design skills and a highly organized, detail-oriented approach to manage priorities under multiple deadlines.
Responsibilities
Create graphics and content for various marketing deliverables.
Develop interview materials including presentations, interview books, and handouts.
Prepare materials requested for qualification packages and proposals.
Communicate with other team members to ensure deadlines are met.
Produce industry award submissions.
Update marketing templates including resumes, project sheets, proposal materials, reference sheets, etc.
Provide updates for external website and internal intranet.
Coordinate photography for events, completed projects, employee headshots, and stock photos for deliverables.
Create job site signage, business cards, brochures, newsletters, award packages, and other marketing collateral.
Provide content for social media.
Plan and manage events for all internal and client events.
Maintain calendar of industry organization events and assist with registrations, memberships, and sponsorships.
Maintain CRM with updated information.
Support business development efforts as requested by office directors (such as research, client gifts, client entertainment).
Maintain corporate brand standards across all deliverables.
Qualifications
A four‑year degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or Graphic Design from an accredited college or university (preferred) and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing or administrative role in a fast‑paced, corporate environment (preferably in the architecture, engineering or construction industry).
