Are you Uncommon?
As an Account Manager at Uncommon, you will join a fast-growing company working on the brands that are up next in retail. You’ll be tasked with driving sales growth and managing partnerships across a range of merchandise categories. Plus, you will interface between brands and Target as it relates to forecasting, inventory flow optimization and product development, and uplifting your community.

Qualifications – Who You Are Purpose-driven with a passion for giving back and supporting the community
Business professional with minimum 3 years corporate retail (Target-specific) experience
Background in forecasting/analytics
Established understanding of retail and go-to-market processes
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Proficient in Target’s Partners Online applications
Motivated by a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail
Self-starter willing to solve problems and come up with creative solutions in a startup environment
Professional, concise communicator (in person, virtually and via email)
Positive with a collaborative attitude
Roles & Responsibilities - What You’ll Do Participate in Uncommon company events, including partnerships with our non-profit partners in the local community. Because at the end of the day, our number one goal is to give back and make an impact!
Join a fast-paced team helping to build and influence some of the most exciting and innovative brands at mass retail.
Coordinate the launch process for new-to-Target brands, including co-developing (often exclusive) product lines with Target and vendor partners.
Manage day to day business needs for Uncommon’s brand partners, leveraging creative solutions to drive positive comparable growth numbers.
Incorporate project management skills and navigate evolving priorities by clearly communicating and adhering to deadlines, keeping all parties on track.
