What You’ll Do The Marketing Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. The ideal candidate will strategize and execute across the brand's voice, campaigns, communications, content, and public-facing assets in partnership with agencies, creators, and consultants.
Brand Own and protect Luminary's voice everywhere it shows up — social, email, product storytelling, customer communications, and partner-facing materials. You'll develop the brand asset library and shape positioning in close collaboration with our leadership team.
Content & Social Lead content strategy and execution across our social platforms. You'll drive ideation, manage creator relationships, oversee scheduling, and occasionally contribute to content directly — across reels, carousels, community features, and whatever the moment calls for.
Email & SMS Own campaigns and automated flows from strategy through reporting. You think about email in terms of revenue, not just opens.
Affiliate, Influencer & Distributor Programs Manage and grow affiliate and influencer relationships — with a focus on nail educators and authentic voices in the professional space. Serve as a key communications touchpoint for our distributor network, keeping partners informed, engaged, and connected to the brand.
Web & E-Commerce Partner with our team and external developers to maintain brand voice and storytelling across the site — product pages, collection copy, launch moments, and refinements as the brand evolves.
Customer Experience Ensure brand voice carries through consistently across every customer-facing touchpoint.
What We’re Looking For 2–4 years owning or significantly contributing to a brand's marketing function
Background in beauty, lifestyle, or DTC — nail industry familiarity is a plus, genuine interest is non-negotiable
A writer who can make copy sound like a real person and a brand sound like itself
Hands‑on with design tools and comfortable executing, not just directing
Experience with email marketing, affiliate programs, or creator management
You measure success in revenue, not impressions
