We know the job title says "Real Estate Photographer," but the truth is, we're not photographers first. We're customer service reps who happen to hold a camera.
This role is about how you show up for people. If you're the type of person who can walk into a home, connect easily, make someone feel comfortable, and represent a brand well, you're already ahead of most applicants.
We can absolutely teach you the photography side. In fact, we often prefer candidates with no prior photography experience, because it lets us train from scratch with consistency. If you do have experience, you'll need to be fully open to doing things our way. What we can't teach is warmth, professionalism, and great people skills, and that's what matters most here.

We work with some of the top real estate agents in Scottsdale and the Phoenix Metro, and what keeps them coming back isn't just the quality of our media. It's how we treat them. We show up on time, communicate clearly, make their clients feel at ease, and deliver a smooth experience every time. Our photographers are a true extension of our clients' brands, and that's a responsibility we take seriously.

What You'll Do
Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointments
Capture interior and exterior photos using a structured shot list
Deliver a professional, friendly experience to homeowners and agents
Upload media after each shoot, no editing required
Learn additional services like drone and video over time
Compensation
Paid Training: $20/hour (approx. 4 weeks)
Standard Services: $25/hour
FAA Part 107 Certified Rate: $30/hour
Video Services: $35/hour
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.35/mile
Schedule and Availability
Approximately 20 hours per week
Consistent weekday daytime availability required
Flexible based on client appointments
What We're Looking For
Outgoing, charismatic, and confident around people
Background in hospitality, restaurants, retail, or any fast-paced people-facing role. Baristas, bartenders, servers, this is your kind of job
Coachable and genuinely open to feedback
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with basic technology and learning new tools
Reliable vehicle for local travel
iPhone 15 Pro or newer, or willingness to upgrade
