LinkedIn Content Specialist (AI)

LinkedIn Content Specialist (AI) This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content daily, experimenting with ideas, and understanding what performs on LinkedIn. You'll work closely with our content team to turn AI topics, trends, and insights into engaging content seen by a global audience. The main focus of this role will be creating engaging LinkedIn content and AI-related newsletters while maintaining a strong publishing rhythm and supporting audience growth.
Create and adapt:
LinkedIn posts
thought leadership content
educational AI content
hooks and post structures optimized for engagement
Publishing volume:
3–4 LinkedIn posts daily
~8 newsletters per week
Follow AI trends, news, and product updates
Turn complex AI topics into simple and engaging content
Research AI tools, startups, and industry developments
Work closely with the internal content and design team
Prepare content drafts and publishing schedules
Repurpose existing content into multiple formats
Help maintain consistency across content channels
Use AI tools such as:
ChatGPT
Claude
Perplexity
AI writing/research tools
1–3+ years of content or social media experience
Strong writing and editing skills in English
Minimum 1+ years of hands-on LinkedIn content experience required
Interest in AI, startups, SaaS, or tech
Ability to write clearly, quickly, and consistently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
Strong ownership and attention to detail
Previous experience writing AI-related content
Experience with newsletters
Personal LinkedIn presence or portfolio
Experience using AI tools in content workflows
Experience in startup environments
