About the Role
We're looking for a talented and driven Graphic Designer to join our Complete Marketing Team (CMT). In this role, you'll create innovative, high-quality visual content that brings marketing strategies to life across digital, print, and experiential formats. You'll collaborate closely with a dynamic squad of marketers, content specialists, and cross-functional creative teams — all while pushing the agency's creative standards forward.

What You'll Do

Design compelling visual assets across digital (social media, display ads, landing pages), print (publications, signage, collateral), and experiential (event branding, billboards) formats

Translate marketing goals into visually engaging concepts that resonate with target audiences

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless, on-brand delivery

Serve as a brand steward, maintaining visual consistency across all client touchpoints

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget

Stay ahead of design trends and emerging tools to keep our work fresh and competitive

What We're Looking For

2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Familiarity with motion graphics tools (After Effects) and digital platforms (Figma, Sketch)

A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing both digital and print work

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present, defend and collaborate on creative concepts

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

Education
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred — but a strong portfolio and proven experience speak for themselves.
