FB Society is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and results-driven

Brand Marketing Manager

to lead and elevate the marketing efforts for

Food Hall Co. , supporting

Legacy Food Hall, Assembly Food Hall, and Shaver Hall .

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through strategic marketing, events, entertainment programming, and community engagement.

The Brand Marketing Manager will oversee day-to-day marketing initiatives across all three food halls while helping drive large-scale activations, live entertainment marketing, cultural programming, seasonal campaigns, partnerships, and experiential events that increase traffic, engagement, and brand awareness.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic thinker and hands-on executor. Someone who can seamlessly shift between campaign planning, event coordination, digital marketing, partnership development, and on-site activation support. This person must be comfortable wearing multiple hats, managing competing priorities, and operating with urgency in a constantly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Execution

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals across all Food Hall Co. properties.
Maintain and strengthen brand identity, messaging, and guest experience consistency across all channels and locations.
Create campaigns that drive foot traffic, increase guest engagement, and support revenue growth.
Brand Management: Oversee and ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms and locations.
Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts, including website management, email marketing, social media strategy alongside Content Coordinator, and paid advertising to increase customer engagement and drive foot traffic.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, monitor competitor activities, and stay updated with best practices. Use insights to refine and improve marketing strategies.
Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with operations, design, and finance teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and revenue goals.
Public Relations and Community Engagement: Develop relationships with media and influencers, assist with coordinating PR initiatives, and foster community partnerships to enhance brand presence and reputation.
Local Store Marketing: Identify and activate local marketing opportunities, sponsorships, and grassroots marketing while partnering with restaurant operations to execute sales building promotions.
Events, Activations & Entertainment Marketing

Lead marketing efforts surrounding food hall programming, live entertainment, cultural events, holiday activations, brand collaborations, pop-ups, sponsorships, and community experiences.
Partner closely with operations, entertainment, vendors, and external partners to execute high-impact activations and experiences.
Develop promotional strategies and marketing calendars for recurring programming and special events across all food hall locations.
Assist in on-site execution of major events and activations, ensuring marketing elements are properly implemented and guest-facing experiences are elevated.
Support entertainment marketing initiatives including concerts, DJs, themed events, watch parties, chef collaborations, nightlife programming, and seasonal experiences.
Digital & Social Marketing

Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media strategy, website updates, email marketing, influencer partnerships, paid advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with the Content Coordinator to create engaging content that reflects the energy and culture of each property.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on analytics and customer insights.
Community Engagement & Partnerships

Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, sponsors, community organizations, and local businesses.
Identify opportunities for grassroots marketing, partnerships, and local collaborations that enhance visibility and community presence.
Assist with PR initiatives and earned media opportunities to increase awareness and brand relevance.
Multi-Unit Marketing Operations

Support marketing execution across multiple high-volume properties simultaneously.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects, deadlines, and event timelines in a fast-moving environment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, culinary, finance, design, entertainment, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
Budget & Performance Management

Assist in managing marketing budgets and allocations across campaigns, events, and activations.
Track marketing performance, campaign ROI, guest engagement metrics, and event success indicators.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, entertainment, restaurants, nightlife, events, or consumer lifestyle brands.
Experience managing events, activations, programming, or experiential marketing initiatives strongly preferred.
Proven understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and brand management.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities and timelines.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable being hands-on and present during events, activations, and programming as needed.
Passion for hospitality, entertainment, food & beverage culture, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
