You live and breathe cuts, pacing, and storytelling. Alongside your editing talent, you’ll bring strong graphic design skills for social media content and provide hands‑on support for filming and studio production as part of our creative team.
The Role at a Glance
This Position Has Three Key Parts:
Part 1 – Video Editor

Edit dynamic video content for multiple platforms (social, web, campaigns)
Craft compelling narratives and visuals that align with brand voice and campaign goals
Create motion graphics and overlays to enhance video storytelling
Repurpose longer videos into short‑form cut‑downs optimised for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent tone and style
Stay up to date with trends (short‑form, story formats, etc.) and suggest new creative directions
Part 2 – Social Media Graphic Designer
You’ll design bold, digital‑first visuals – from static posts and carousels to lightweight motion graphics and ad creatives that drive engagement and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Design eye‑catching social media content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
Create carousels, story templates, ad creatives, and branded graphics
Maintain and evolve our brand’s digital design system and templates
Work with content and strategy teams to translate ideas into high‑performing visuals
Keep up with social design trends, platform aesthetics, and emerging visual styles
Part 3 – Video Technician
As part of the role, you will be required to film weekly live webinars and social content in our Holmes Chapel studio. Full training on the equipment will be provided, but a passion for video tech and hands‑on production is essential.
Key Responsibilities
