How you’ll have impact
Operational Leadership:
Manage the overall performance of your assigned clinic, leading a team of Orthodontists, Dentists, Dental Assistants, and Sales Assistants.
Performance Management:
Monitor daily/weekly sales targets and conversion rates for the entire team to ensure KPIs are met.
Patient Connection:
Build authentic relationships with patients and handle escalations to guarantee an excellent NPS (Net Promoter Score).
HR & Team Development:
Oversee recruitment, training, and shift scheduling while providing regular feedback to drive team excellence.
Process Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to sales protocols, follow‑up procedures, and medical hygiene standards.
Brand Ambassadorship:
Participate in marketing activities, host influencers, and support social media content to boost clinic visibility.
Budget Accountability:
Analyze clinic results and implement data‑driven improvement plans to maximize efficiency and revenue.
Professional Experience:
Experience in a similar leadership position in the dental field.
Profile:
A strong commercial leader with a proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing diverse teams.
