Senior Associate Brand Manager

MìLà is a Chinese food brand, but it's really a celebration of the power of food to bring us together, share our stories, and discover new flavors and cultures. As a Senior Associate Brand Manager at MìLà, you will play a critical role in shaping how our brand shows up across product, campaigns, and customer touchpoints. You will sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and creative—bringing together storytelling, data, and execution to drive brand growth and new product commercialization.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you will launch new products, manage cross-functional teams and ensure a consistent, high-quality brand experience. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, balancing creative thinking with strong analytical rigor.
What you'll do:
Support and execute brand strategies that strengthen MìLà's positioning across channels
Own key components of product launches, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning
Partner closely with greater sales and marketing team to develop compelling brand assets and experiences, including customer-facing sales assets
Translate point-of-sale data into actionable insights
Manage timelines and cross-functional coordination across multiple projects simultaneously
Lead consumer research initiatives to support product commercialization, either directly or with support of agency partners
Contribute to building scalable brand systems, processes, and best practices
Event management/marketing experience a plus
What you'll have:
Strong understanding of brand marketing, consumer insights, new item commercialization, and project management
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Education & Experience:
2–4+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles (CPG, DTC, or high-growth startup preferred)
Strong understanding of brand building and performance marketing fundamentals
Experience managing campaigns and product launches end-to-end
Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate with a high level of ownership
Compensation:
Base salary of $115k–$120k (DOE) plus 10% performance-based bonus potential
