About the role
You will create high‑impact creatives across paid traffic channels, directly supporting the performance of our user acquisition efforts in US, UK, CA, and AU markets. You’ll be involved from concept ideation through to final delivery, working closely with designers, the UA team, and cross‑functional partners. You’ll have full ownership and the freedom to make independent decisions in your area of responsibility.
Responsibilities
Creative production for each traffic channel (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, DSP, Google)
Collaborate with designers to create visual and textual content for each platform
Develop and brainstorm creative concepts, from initial ideation to finalized execution
Analyze competitors’ concepts to generate new ideas and provide creative inspiration for the design team
Research user behavior and funnels, identifying factors that impact performance and success
Cooperate with the user acquisition team and other departments (analytics, product, B2B)
Analyze creative testing, including structured reporting for product and marketing teams
