H&M Sales Advisor - Tanger Hilton Head

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through your store to actively sell our products and provide customers with support and guidance. You'll use your fashion and product knowledge to ensure customers receive all relevant information for the best experience. You'll also handle garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, working closely with your store team to deliver outstanding customer experience.

A Day in the Life

Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers, supporting them with direct service.

Engage in customer conversations to provide outstanding service.

Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store.

Effectively promote and sell products to customers.

Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.

Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.

Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.

Maintain garment care, presentation, and excellent stock levels.

Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.

Support opening and closing of the store.

Adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

Has sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative setting.

Experience with customer service in fashion, retail, or related industries.
