Digital Talent Coordinator (Luxury Fashion) - New York

Our client is looking for a Digital Talent Coordinator to support their talent team across creator management, brand partnerships, and digital strategy. This role is ideal for someone with a background or strong interest in PR, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or creative strategy, who thrives in fast-paced, culture-driven environments.

You’ll be hands-on with creator campaigns, talent communications, and internal coordination - playing a key role in helping their creators grow their brands while delivering best-in-class partnerships for clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a day-to-day support contact for assigned creators

Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing talent communications

Help manage creator calendars, deadlines, deliverables, and approvals

Support the execution of brand partnerships from pitch to post-campaign wrap

Assist with outreach, proposals, and campaign prep

Collaborate with internal teams on creative concepts and campaign ideas

Support talent managers and leadership with research and reporting

Stay up to date on trends across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and social platforms

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

Experience in PR, influencer marketing or brand partnerships (within luxury & high fashion)

Strong interest in luxury fashion

Confident attending events and networking

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skill

Social media savvy with a pulse on trends and platforms

Creative thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
