Director

The Greater Saint Charles Convention & Visitors Bureau is seeking a collaborative, flexbile and diplomatic leader with high integrity to serve as the new Director.

The Director will plan, direct, and perform a program of conventions, meetings, and group and general tourism marketing and promotional activities under the direction of the City Administrator. In this capacity, the Director will execute a comprehensive approach to marketing and tourism development that includes leading strategic initiatives, overseeing promotional programs, and ensuring alignment with the City’s goals. This role is accountable for driving tourism growth through innovative marketing strategies, the development of new attractions, and the effective management of contracts, grants, and Bureau operations.
