is looking for someone to join their team as a

Copyright Data Coordinator in Franklin, Tennessee.
This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits offered!
In this role, you’ll support the accurate entry, processing, and maintenance of copyright and cue sheet data related to film and television works. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys analytical work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong Excel skills.
What You Will Be Doing

Enter and maintain work copyright information within the company database
Ensure all data is processed accurately and efficiently
Process, standardize, and report cue sheets for film and television projects
Identify data discrepancies or issues and escalate to management when needed
Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain data integrity
Required Skills & Experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Advanced Excel skills preferred, including formulas and data organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines
