Job Description Summary:
The Manager of Web Design will be a key creative leader for our fashion nail brand, responsible for overseeing and executing the brand's visual representation across all digital platforms. This role involves leading the web design team to create a wide variety of high-quality digital marketing assets, including landing pages, web banners, social content, digital ads, and emails, ensuring they align with the brand's creative strategy. The ideal candidate will combine artistic excellence with strong leadership to drive the brand's digital growth and maintain a consistent, trend-setting aesthetic.

Job Description:
Digital Asset Design:

Conceptualize and design premium web, digital, and social media assets that reflect the fast-paced nature of the fashion nail industry.
Brand Consistency:

Manage all visual elements to ensure a cohesive brand identity across the web, social, and e-commerce platforms.
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, and Product teams to enhance brand presence for both internal and external audiences.
Project Oversight:

Prioritize demands and manage individual/team projects from concept to completion, meeting tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Creative Innovation:

Drive continual improvement in creative quality by staying abreast of current fashion and beauty trends, digital strategies, and emerging technologies.
Production Management:

Prepare final files for output across all digital media and coordinate with developers for final project implementation.

The anticipated compensation range is
69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD Annual
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
