Position Description
Audio Visual Director Producer II (Multimedia Designer/Developer II) will be part of a team of nine staff members tasked with developing media materials as part of the overall training and instruction effort for the Tactical Tomahawk Weapon Control System. This effort supports the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), which is part of the larger Naval Sea Systems Command.

Work location and telework
Work location is flexible. Work from home is possible when not required to be on‑site, conducting training, or needing access to classified or controlled materials.

Responsibilities And Duties

Help create Interactive Multimedia Instruction as part of a team

Interactive Courseware (ICW) and Multi‑Media Tutorials (MMT)

MMTs are short training presentations that focus on one specific topic or procedure

Curriculum Development

Help create comprehensive training programs tailored to specific client needs, including lesson plans, scenarios, and assessments based on industry best practices and relevant legal guidelines

Create graphics and videos for marketing and various communicative activities

Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain complex concepts and provide constructive feedback

Required Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent documented training

5 years or more of experience developing multimedia instructional and marketing material

Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET‑level security clearance

Ability to work well with others to produce media products

Desired Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in arts or a related degree with multimedia production

Experience working on training and marketing materials

Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Travel Requirements

Limited or no travel required

Compensation at Decision Technologies, Inc. is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements.
