About RamClean
RamClean is a commercial cleaning company. We try not to be boring about it. In the last four years we've grown 310%, opened offices in six states, and landed on the 2025 Inc. 5000 — fifth-fastest-growing private cleaning company in the country. Our marketing team is three people running a system built for a company twice our size. We're hiring a contractor to help us show up on video the way we already do on paper: confident, specific, and authentically human.

What You'd Be Doing
You own the video and short-form side of our social presence. Concretely:

Cutting reels and short video for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook — roughly 4–6 pieces a week

Shooting or sourcing footage from our 12 offices occasionally if possible (we'll connect you with team leads for coordination).

Shooting or sourcing footage at client locations.

Creating TikToks, Facebook / Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

Writing captions and on-screen text that sound like RamClean, not like a janitorial-services template

Light social graphics in Canva when video isn't the right format

Working in the content system we already have (Notion-based content calendar, Metricool for scheduling, locked Canva templates, a pre-approved photo bank). You won't build systems, you'll execute in one

While in the field, help us generate more customer reviews and testimonials.

You will not be doing cold outreach, managing ads, or responding to DMs. Social is not a lead-gen channel for us. It's where we build brand, culture, and credibility. Your work lands against that.

What a Good Fit Looks Like

You've shipped short-form video for B2B brands or service companies and have reels you can point to (not necessary, but definitely a plus)

You're comfortable cutting in CapCut or the equivalent. We're not picky about tool, we're picky about output

You can write a caption that hooks on the first line and doesn't waste the second

You're fast. The goal with this role is volume and consistency, not high-production-value one-offs

You can turn around a piece in under 48 hours from brief to final

What Would Make Us Pick You Over Someone Else

You've worked on blue-collar or trades brands before (facilities, construction, logistics) and know the difference between sounding authentic and sounding like a parody of authentic

You can do a little on-camera coaching — some of our team leads will be new to being filmed

You bring your own opinion. Our voice is strong; we want a collaborator, not a vendor

Terms

Contract, not W‑2. You're independent. You invoice, we pay every 2 weeks.

20 hours/week — flexible schedule, reasonable turnaround expectations, async‑friendly

$25/hour

3-month initial engagement with review and renewal

You keep rights to show the work in your portfolio once it's posted publicly by us

Potential for a full time position in the future.
