Position Overview

Spherion Vermont is seeking an Account Manager to join its award-winning, locally-owned team, connecting top talent with rewarding flexible placements and direct hire career opportunities! This self-motivated business professional will provide direct oversight of three Staffing Consultants, and spearhead local business growth by networking and building relationships. Responsibilities

Direct oversight of a team of Staffing Consultants, including hiring, training, mentoring and individual performance management.
Drive new business development by managing a robust pipeline of prospective clients and identifying solutions-based opportunities to grow the existing client base.
Manage operational metrics to ensure consistency, compliance and gain efficiencies.
Network locally to facilitate candidate and customer lead generation, and create brand awareness.
Support delivery team with full-cycle recruitment, candidate placement and retention.
Skills

Sales experience.
Education

Bachelors.
Experience

7-10 years.
Qualifications

Proven success in a fast-paced team environment.
Ability to fully leverage multiple processes and technology tools to more productively deliver results.
Excellent written and oral communication.
