Marketing Coordinator

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Create and coordinate events by identifying, assembling and organizing requirements; establishing contracts, developing budgets and schedules; managing mailing lists to ensure event success
Assist in the planning and coordinating of all marketing events
Responsible for creating, implementing and managing the success of highly comprehensive marketing and communication functions; in the areas of branding, website content, social media, public relations, and campaigns
Assure that consistent communication of image and position are pertinent and practiced throughout the organization
Responsible for researching, developing, writing, editing, and proofreading original written a graphical content for capabilities packages, proposals and interviews
Prepare “E-blasts”, maintain email database
Maintains and updates the marketing calendar as well as the weekly content calendar
Tracks, collates and maintains inventory of marketing materials
Monitor and use web analytics
Leads projects as assigned, such as special events
Partner with Director of Marketing on various tasks and projects
Perform all other job duties and responsibilities assigned

A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work cooperatively with a variety of people
A team player with excellent communications skills with all levels of management
Ability to be self-directed and a self-starter with an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach
Ability to multitask under tight schedules and deadlines
Excellent organizational skills with ability to hand off projects and quickly re-tool for new projects
Requisites:

Bachelors in Marketing required
3-5 years of industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be fluent in Spanish in addition to English
