Chromalloy is looking for a strategic storyteller to lead global communications and organic digital media. You’ll shape our brand voice, translate highly technical work into compelling narratives, and ensure our website and channels consistently reflect who we are—clearly, confidently, and consistently.

Job Duties

Own external corporate communications: press releases, media relations, announcements, executive thought leadership, and award/industry submissions.

Steward Chromalloy’s global brand voice and standards; guide and review external messaging and collateral.

Lead organic social (especially LinkedIn): editorial calendar, copywriting, publishing, community management, reporting, and continuous optimization.

Govern chromalloy.com content: ensure accuracy, consistency, and strong editorial quality across non-campaign pages; approve updates prior to publishing.

Create modern editorial content (blogs, scripts, spotlights, recaps, executive/internal communications) and build a library of success stories and innovation narratives.

Partner with internal SMEs, engineering, and Marketing on integrated campaigns and trade show messaging.

Support employee communications and EVP storytelling to inform, engage, and connect teams globally.

Use digital and AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency at scale.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.

5–7 years in corporate communications, digital media, content marketing, or PR (aerospace/aviation/manufacturing/defense/industrial experience preferred).

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills; portfolio across multiple formats and channels.

Hands‑on ownership of organic social—strong LinkedIn editorial instincts and analytics fluency.

Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.

Strong editorial strategy and SEO fundamentals for organic content and website governance.

Comfort with CMS platforms and tools such as Hootsuite/Sprout Social, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Canva.

Media relations and press release experience a plus; existing aerospace/industrial media relationships a strong plus.
