Role Overview
Director, PMO – Manufacturing Operations / Strategy & Transformation will act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, driving alignment, execution, and operational excellence across the organization. This role blends strategic planning, program management, and cross‑functional leadership to ensure key initiatives are delivered effectively and on time.
You will serve as a force multiplier for the leadership team—translating vision into execution, improving internal processes, and ensuring organizational priorities are clearly defined and tracked.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and operationalize company strategy
Translate high‑level goals into actionable plans, OKRs, and measurable outcomes
Track and report on strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams
Program & Project Management (PMO)
Establish and lead the PMO function, including frameworks, tools, and governance
Oversee cross‑functional programs, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, proactively driving resolution
Operational Excellence
Improve internal processes, workflows, and decision‑making frameworks
Drive accountability through performance tracking and reporting dashboards
Lead business reviews, executive meetings, and follow‑ups on key action items
Cross‑Functional Leadership
Act as a liaison between engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams
Facilitate communication and alignment across departments
Support change management initiatives and organizational scaling
Executive Support & Decision Enablement
Prepare executive‑level presentations, reports, and insights
Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision‑making
Lead special projects and high‑priority initiatives on behalf of leadership
Qualifications
Required
7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or program management
Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, PMO, or similar leadership role
Strong project management skills (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies)
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
Preferred
Background in robotics, AI, SaaS, or deep tech industries
Experience scaling PMO functions or organizational processes
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar
MBA or equivalent experience in strategy/consulting
Strategic thinking with strong execution focus
High ownership and accountability
Ability to influence without authority
Structured, detail‑oriented, and highly organized
