Position Summary
The Associate Marketing Manager is a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven person who supports the execution and coordination of key marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing website projects, content creation, brand asset development, affiliate marketing, advertising, agency coordination, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual branding, is comfortable working cross-functionally, and excels at project management across digital and traditional channels. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Associate Marketing Manager will also collaborate with their teammate to support execution of a cohesive marketing strategy and create an effective marketing calendar.

Essential Job Functions
Website & Conversion Optimization
· Manage website and optimize for conversions

o Support special website projects

o Coordinate backend code updates and review/implement accessibility recommendations from external agency

o Create a seamless user experience from website to ResTech platform

· Create new webpages as needed that support brand visibility and SEO

Paid Advertising & SEO
· Coordinate digital advertising campaigns with agency partner

· Research and coordinate digital and print paid placements with external partners

· Coordinate SEO efforts with external agency and oversee implementation

Affiliate Marketing
· Build, manage and grow an affiliate marketing program

· Produce monthly performance reports

Marketing Collateral & Brand Signage
· Manage creation and updates to digital and printed marketing collateral & brand signage

· Collaborate with professional graphic designer on select marketing and brand collateral

· Create marketing and brand collateral in Canva

Create, schedule, and manage content for digital displays

Coordinate installation and removal of physical signage through the year

All other duties related to special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned

Content & Campaign Planning
· Own and manage the content calendar across ads, digital/print signage, paid placements, affiliate marketing campaigns, and SEO activities in collaboration with marketing teammate

· Create photo and video content for marketing use

· Plan & coordinate professional photography and video shoots as needed

Reporting & Insights

Create monthly reports across respective channels: digital ads, paid placements, website traffic/conversions, SEO, and affiliate marketing

Share insights and trends on the above in a seasonal report to inform marketing strategies and team alignment

Job Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience

3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field

Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion

Collaborative working style with a willingness to work cross-functionally across departments

Eagerness to learn new platforms, tools, and technologies to stay current with marketing best practices

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

Must be able to sit for long periods of time

Must be able to operate computers and look at screens for long periods of time

Must be able to occasionally navigate piers, docks, vessel decks, ramps, and clamshell paths

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, or related degree

Experience with Google Analytics and reporting on KPIs

Basic understanding of SEO

Experience working with a variety of social media platforms

Experience using email marketing platforms such as MailChimp

Basic graphic design experience with tools such as Canva

Basic photography experience

Experience in content creation including copywriting

Experience using a CMS like WordPress

Experience with ResTech systems

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range: $29.00 - $33.50 per hour. New hires may earn a salary ranging from the minimum to the midpoint of the pay scale, with education and experience taken into consideration.
