Your Key Responsibilities

Attract promising healthcare candidates through our exclusive platform and tap into your unique network

Initiate outreach to potential candidates to introduce opportunities at MLR and assess their interest

Coordinate meetings between candidates and recruiters for comprehensive evaluations

Engage with leads to sustain interest and assist them in the hiring process

Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system

Gain commission based on the meetings you arrange, interviews you facilitate, and hires resulting from your leads

Qualifications

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

A self-driven and proactive attitude you design your daily efforts on your terms

A genuine passion for outreach, establishing connections, and guiding others in their career transitions

No previous recruiting experience is necessary if you possess a knack for organization and resourcefulness; we will guide you through the rest
