Role Description
We’re seeking a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager to join our innovative team in Dripping Springs, TX. As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, development, and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer experience. Key responsibilities include creating promotional campaigns, managing digital marketing initiatives, overseeing content creation, coordinating cross-functional marketing efforts, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth. This role is central to maintaining consistency across Whim Hospitality’s various brands and ensuring successful engagement with our community and clientele.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Social Media Strategy

Expertise in Marketing Campaign Development, Brand Positioning, and Consumer Engagement

Proficiency in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Storytelling

Experience with Data Analytics, Market Research, and Metrics Reporting

Proficiency in Marketing Tools such as email automation platforms, CMS, and CRM systems

Exceptional Organizational and Project Management Skills

Passion for hospitality and an eye for creative ideas that align with the brand

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields

Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
