Thompson was founded in 1886 as an orphanage and now operates across the Carolinas, Florida, Tennessee and Kentucky. Thompson’s continuum of care encompasses three domains: prevention, mental health services and foster care. All Thompson programs are trauma-informed and evidence-based/evidence-informed with the aim of building resilience in our clients (ages 0-18) and their families, both virtually and in person. Responsibilities

As Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for daily operations, oversight and performance of the youth residential programs for which you lead.

You will prioritize tasks for the youth care specialists you lead, proactively communicate and remove obstacles so your team can provide the best care for the youth in their programs. You will serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring 100% compliance for the programs you lead.

This position may require travel to various residential facilities within the Nashville area.

The Program Supervisor will work Monday-Friday from 3:00pm-11:00pm.

Starting Pay Range: $55-58k annually

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in the health & human services field

Supervisory experience preferred

Exposure to leadership/management experiences through project management, coordination, training or leadership roles

Minimum 3 years’ experience working with residential youth programs or a related field

Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet credentialing, licensing and privileging standards as applicable

Pass a drug screening test and an extensive background check
