Apex Energy Solutions, a nationwide leader in marketing energy‑efficient products, is breaking into the Seattle market and is in need of Junior Sales Partners. Apex opened new offices in 13 states in the last 3 years and has been in business for 16 years. We are an innovative, new‑generation, entrepreneurial company offering very flexible hours, and excellent pay. It is critical that applicants be open to learning, personable, goal oriented, and have the professionalism to work with high‑end clientele. At the same time, they must also have the passion and drive to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. We believe in having fun and working in strong, supportive teams. Our training is paid and very thorough. Our sales approach is education‑based. We utilize proprietary iPad/iPhone apps and have been recognized by Apple and the industry.
Compensation - Junior Sales Partners earn between $800 and $1,500 per week with flexible hours (20 hrs/week). This is a position strictly based off performance. Individuals that excel at the Junior Sales role may be offered a position as a Senior Sales Partner. As a Junior Sales Partner, you will make your own hours and have a compensation package based on a mixture of uncapped commissions. Overall, it is a great opportunity for rapid growth (3-5 months) in responsibility and income. Senior Sales Partners income averages $120K. Lowest end has been $80K while exceptional performers earn $175K all the way up to $400K with rebates and bonuses. A car is necessary for local travel for both positions.

College degree or equivalent experience in sales or management
A history of personal success is strongly favored
Able to work well as a team, mentor other new hires, and drive your own business
