Rockway Exhibits + Events is a leader in trade show exhibits and events — and we’re looking for a

driven, detail-focused Account Manager

who thrives on juggling complex logistics, making quick, informed decisions, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

This role is all about client success outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Own the client relationship.

Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication, accurate expectations, and smooth execution from start to finish.

Drive flawless execution.

Oversee all logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination to make sure every project is delivered on time and on point.

Plan ahead — and pivot fast.

Anticipate obstacles, build contingency plans, and stay calm when things change (because they will).

Keep the details sharp.

Review graphics, drawings, layouts, service orders, and budgets with precision to ensure nothing gets missed.

Collaborate across teams.

Work closely with internal departments, especially the production team, vendors, and partners to keep projects moving at a steady pace.

Lead on site.

Be the on‑call problem solver during installation, show execution, and dismantle — the go‑to person when timing is tight and solutions matter.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
